Position Purpose
Apprenticeship” is a work-based learning program under the supervision and guidance of a skilled, qualified Artisan with an employer. In addition, the apprentices attend formal instruction sessions at a designated training facility to learn the theory of the national Technical Certificate Courses.
Position Outputs
Expected outcome is the ability to plan and prepare work site, equipment, tools, consumables and materials for trade related activities and operations, use hand, power and measuring tools, install, assemble, fit, connect electrical equipment and control systems. Test, inspect, commission, maintain and repair electrical equipment, control systems, installations, assemblies etc
