We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team! As a Customer Service Team Member, your role involves delivering fast and friendly service, processing orders, handling payments, and performing additional tasks as required.
What you’ll do
This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.
- Welcome customers with a friendly smile
- Suggest items, specials, and promotions to customers
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns, telling the manager about serious problems
- Give great customer service with a positive attitude
- Talk about store events and keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Use the cash register or computer to ring up orders correctly
- Process different forms of payment, including cash, debit cards, and credit cards
- Balance the cash register, perform cash counts, and monitor cash levels
- Bag, box, or wrap products
- Follow company rules, ways of working, and store standards
- Receive, verify, and unpack new stock
- Assist customers with orders over the counter and over the phone
- Bring orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables
- Make sure orders are packed, labeled, and look good
- Manage phone orders by answering calls quickly
- Keep front of house clean and organised during your shift
Requirements

- Clear criminal record
