Job Purpose:
The aim is to maintain excellent shelf health and manage the stock in the store according to the standards set by the company and its Clients and maintain a good relationship with store management by achieving operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
- National certificate in wholesale and retail operations – merchandising.
- Entry level role – no prior experience required

- Self-management: Ability to manage and control own behaviour in order to achieve personal goals. Ability to manage their own performance and time in order to achieve those goals. Resists immediate short-term rewards in order to attain greater rewards in the future.
- Planning and Organising: Ability to establish a course of action for self or others to accomplish a specific goal through effective planning, appropriate assignment of personnel and appropriate allocation of other resources.
- Operational Excellence: In-depth understanding of operational processes and best practices in the FMCG sector and wholesale and retail environment.
- Communication: Ability to communicate in both verbal and written formats.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to address operational challenges and effective implement solutions.
- Customer Orientation: Commitment to meeting and exceeding client and customer expectations.
